Honesty Course

This course is designed for individuals undergoing a fitness to practice investigation. Its primary goal is to help participants gain insight into the alleged actions and work towards mitigating any past conduct. There is an optional opportunity to discuss the allegations, either in group settings or one-on-one sessions, though participation in these discussions is not mandatory.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate. Additionally, if we determine that you have developed an understanding of the lessons presented, we will provide a summary of the ethical principles you have learned and how you have applied them in the context of the allegations against you. This summary can help demonstrate your insight in a fitness to practice hearing, although it does not guarantee that the hearing will find your insight complete. You will be encouraged to present this summary at the hearing as partial evidence of the development of your insight.
